Specialists for many years in pre-production and small runs, we use two methods for manufacturing a mould:

The removal of material through machining

• Aluminium alloy for small runs
• Steel for longer runs and abrasive materials

The addition of material: DMLS

• Cavities made using DMLS for small parts with complex geometry
• Maximum dimensions: 200 x 200 mm
• Cooling channels as close as possible to the part to gain cycle time through better control.
