A silicone mold costs less than a steel or aluminium production mold. We offer a wide choice of material to complete 3D printing possibilities: rigid polyurethanes, self colored ranges, transparencies, elastomers, silicones, etc. Parts are close to the end material.

METHODOLOGY

  1. 3D file to manufacture the master, made in stereolithography / or existing part provided by you
  2. Manufacture of a silicone mold using the master
  3. Gravity casting inside a silicone mould, in a vacuum chamber
  4. Manufacture of polyurethane model replicas: between 15 and 30 parts by mold depending on the material
