A NEW PRODUCT IS THE COMBINATION OF AN IDEA, AN INNOVATION, AN ATTRACTIVE DESIGN AND A CONCEPT

The focus will be on design aesthetics to improve the attractiveness of your product through coordination with all the skillsets required to develop your product. This design will be optimised through our control of production and manufacturing costs.

METHODOLOGY

Stage 1: Attractive design and graphics:

The focus will be on design aesthetics to improve the appeal of your product:

  • A major focus on the graphical look and feel of the product,
  • analyses of the product in use,
  • study of the general architecture and a breakdown of the parts,
  • integration of the principal technical constraints,
  • analysis of the impact of the design on the investment required for production and production costs

The aesthetics study will primarily be shown in 3D in order to highlight as early as possible any constraints relating to the volume.

We produce several graphical design proposals using realistic rendering techniques. Of these, only one will be kept for the next stage of the project.

 

Stage 2: Aesthetic summary

Once we choose the aesthetic proposal, together with your adjustments, we will fine tune the ultimate design of the product. The design is modelled using 3D views and rendered using CGI (computer generated images).

Stage 3: The aesthetic model:

Starting with the design layers of the product and using our additive manufacturing facility, we will produce an aesthetic model in order to validate the volume rendering and ergonomics at the earliest possible moment.

This is the final stage before product development and industrialisation.
