An realistic and aesthetic prototype with Hyléria

From prototype to emotion

Hyléria, a young French cosmetics house, defends a sensitive and committed vision of skincare. Every detail counts for this brand, which brings together the science of skin care, emotions and the beauty of form. For the launch of its new range of anti-aging creams, Hyléria wanted to design an exceptional bottle : refillable, eco-responsible, but also inspired by traditional glassmaking know-how.

With this in mind, we were asked to design prototypes of the container.

The aim was to transform a refined idea into a tangible form, capable of embodying the world of Hyléria while meeting precise aesthetic constraints.

From analysis to modeling

First, our team took charge of the specifications transmitted by Hyléria :

  • Transparent final rendering.
  • High level of detail accuracy.
  • Perfect ergonomics to ensure ease of use and assembly.
  • Ability to faithfully simulate the future glass object.

Based on these elements, we produced 2D drawings and a complete CAD model of the bottle.

13 prototypes to get it right

To refine the design and validate every technical detail, we printed 13 prototypes in Accura 25 resin, using our SLA technology. This slightly flexible material is ideal for shape and assembly adjustments. These first versions were used to test ergonomics and volumes, and to validate aesthetic choices in co-construction with the Hyléria team.

A final look worthy of a glassmaker

The final prototype, or aesthetic mock-up, was produced in Accura ClearVue, a high-performance transparent resin. Thanks to careful post-polymerization and manual polishing, we achieved glass-like transparency, enabling Hyléria to :

  • Present the project to glassmaking partners.
  • Produce launch photos.
  • Provide concrete support to iterate or validate production choices.

Our expertise dedicated to visual appeal

Thanks to stereolithography (SLA) and our expertise in finishing, we are able to offer aesthetically pleasing prototypes.

Our know-how lies in the precision of our details, the workmanship of our surfaces, and our ability to adapt our tools to the vision of each brand. For Hyléria, this translated into a final look of crystalline transparency, faithful to the elegance of their world, but also to the perfect legibility of the shapes.

It’s this demand for quality and precision that drives us.
