Create an account / Login
To create your Prodline account, please enter a valid email address when registering. A few moments later, Prodline will send you an e-mail containing a confirmation link. You must activate your account by clicking on this link.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check the validity of the e-mail address you entered when creating your account and check your spam folder.
If you have any problems logging in, please contact our customer service department at prodline@initial.fr.
You can change your password by going to the “user” section at the bottom left of the home screen. Click on profile to access your personal space. Go to change password and enter your new password in the fields provided.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” function on the login page to reset your password.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service for further assistance.
You can update your profile information from your account. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer service department at prodline@initial.fr.
You can change the language of the platform by going to :
- User panel (bottom left of your screen) > Profile > Regional settings
The security and confidentiality of our customers’ data is paramount. We apply strict security protocols to protect your files and information. Your 3D models and project data are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are never shared with third parties without your consent. Simply upload your 3D models to our online configurator, choose your manufacturing technology and desired material.
We accept over 20 3D file formats, including STL, OBJ, STEP, or IGES.
Easily select your quantity, material and finish. Prices adjust in real time.
Prodline lets you save all your quotes.
Click on “Checkout” at the bottom of the file.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will start manufacturing your parts.

After generating a quotation, you need to go through Prodline to order your parts.

Attachments can be entered at the same time as the material selection. Under the same heading, in the “part requirements” section, you can enter all your requirements. These will be forwarded to the sales and production departments.
You can also drag one at any time by going to the “project” section of the menu on the left of your screen, selecting the project of the part in question and loading it in the specific “attachments” section.

Delivery times may vary according to the complexity of your order, the quantity of parts and the load on our machines. We ship orders within 3 to 10 working days of order confirmation.

To track the status of your order, simply log in to your account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view the status of requests submitted, quotations received and orders placed.
To do so, go to the “Requests”, “Quotes” or “Orders” sections of the menu on the left of your screen. These sections will give you detailed information on the progress of your projects.
When downloading a 3D file, several criteria must be respected to avoid a blockage:
Thin walls: Walls must have a minimum thickness specified by the standards of the 3D printer used. Walls that are too thin can compromise the strength of the printed part.
Part size: Part size must conform to the limits of the 3D printer and its manufacturing platform.
File legibility: The file must be in a compatible format (STL, OBJ, AMF) and free from mesh errors, such as holes or unconnected faces. Make sure the file is well structured and uncorrupted.
If you follow these guidelines, your 3D file should be processed by our production department without a hitch.
